The Big Lebowski 1998
The rug really tied the room together.
Jeff "The Dude" Lebowski, mistaken for a millionaire of the same name, seeks restitution for his ruined rug and enlists his bowling buddies to help get it.
A laid-back bowler with a fondness for White Russians finds his life upended when two goons barge in over a case of mistaken identity and destroy his prized floor covering. Determined to set things right, he recruits his unlikely circle of bowling pals and stumbles into a chaotic web of kidnappers, nihilists, and a very confused trail of money. What begins as a simple request for compensation quickly becomes a wildly tangled mess.
